Dow employees donate Thanksgiving food baskets for needy families

Hahnville, LA - November 23, 2004

Dow employees at the St. Charles Operations facility recently leant a hand to needy families in the local community by collecting food items and putting together more than 50 Thanksgiving baskets. Employees delivered the food baskets the week of Thanksgiving to help bring some holiday cheer. Dow’s diversity networks coordinated the project. Diversity networks are groups of employees who share similar backgrounds and interests. Here, Dow employee Elaine Turner prepares some of the Thanksgiving baskets donated by her plant area.
